❤️ How long does it take to process & deliver my order?

All items are made to order, so processing time incl. delivery is usually 10-14 working days.

❤️ Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide but Delivery time & postage  varies depending on the country.

❤️ Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

❤️  What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

❤️ What if  I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and we will resolve the issue.

 ❤️ Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on NON-PERSONALISED  items within 10 days of delivery. However, PERSONALISED items (such as products with names, custom text or photo) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

❤️ Can i send my order like gift?

Yes! You can send directly to the recipient.
